Vilaitra is a small, owner-run transport company in Kaunas. Route, price and schedule are confirmed in writing before anything moves — and one person stays responsible for the load from the quote to the signed CMR.
Send the load details and get a fixed price in writing — not a range that moves after loading.
How it works → DriversRoute, schedule and pay are put in writing before the contract — so nothing is renegotiated once you are on the road.
What gets agreed →Big promises are easy to publish and hard to verify. These three are the opposite — every one of them can be checked before you commit to anything.
Company code and VAT number are published on this page. Both can be verified in the Lithuanian register of legal entities in under a minute.
Whatever is agreed — price, route, schedule, payment terms — is confirmed in writing before work starts. If it is not written down, it was not agreed.
The person who quotes your load is the person who answers the phone about it. No ticket queue, no handover between departments.
Возили с нами груз или работали водителем? Короткий отзыв поможет следующему клиенту принять решение.
Pick-up, delivery, weight and pallet count are enough for a fixed price.
No fleet photographs borrowed from stock libraries, no invented statistics. What follows is what can be verified.
Vilaitra, MB was registered on 30 April 2014 and has operated in road transport since. It is owned by one person and run from Palemono g. 171 in Kaunas.
It is a small operation, and that is the point of this page rather than something to hide. A small carrier answers the phone, knows where every load is without checking a system, and cannot afford to lose a client to a missed delivery.
Where a job is larger than our own capacity, we say so and arrange it with partner carriers — stated up front, in the quote, not discovered afterwards.
Four details are enough to quote. What comes back is a price, not a range that changes once the pallets are on board.
Pick-up and delivery postcodes with dates, weight, pallet count, and whether the load is stackable.
A fixed price for that route, with the vehicle and loading window named before dispatch.
Position on request — and a call from us, not from you, if anything slips.
Signed CMR scanned back after delivery. Invoices come from invoice@vilaitra.eu.
By phone, WhatsApp or email — whichever is quicker for you.
Most job ads lead with one large number and explain the conditions at the interview. This page does the opposite: here is what goes into the contract, so the conversation starts from the same page.
Your licence category, experience and the schedule that suits you.
With the actual terms for the work available — or a clear no, if there is nothing suitable right now.
Licence, Code 95, driver card, medical certificate.
Signed terms first. The vehicle after.
Write with your category and the schedule you want. We answer either way.
Short answers, and where an answer depends on the job, it says so instead of inventing a number.
It depends on the route and the contract type, so we will not publish one figure that fits nothing. Whatever applies to the work you are offered is written down before you sign — gross or net, and per-diem stated separately.
It is agreed before signing and goes into the contract. Changing it later is possible, but by agreement rather than by dispatch decision.
Write with the documents you currently hold and we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible. A straight no is more useful to you than a maybe.
One number to call, and who covers accommodation and waiting time is set out in the contract before you leave — not negotiated at the roadside.
Vilaitra is a small carrier based in Kaunas. When a load is beyond our own capacity we arrange it with partner carriers, and we say which it is in the quote rather than leaving you to find out.
